Sarah Armstrong, AIA

Sarah Armstrong, AIA has over 25 years of expertise as an architect. After graduating magna cum laude from Virginia Tech in 1996, she went on to work for a number of award winning firms in the Washington DC area gaining experience in both the institutional and residential markets. Finding her passion was serving clients and their families on residential projects, Sarah launched the boutique firm, Studio 360 LLC. Licensed in VA, MD and DC, Sarah and her team focus on creating custom new homes, large scale additions, renovations and condo remodels with an emphasis on both physical and emotional wellness.

Studio 360 LLC offers clients the perfect mix of the creativity and craftsmanship of a top-tier firm, paired with the attentiveness and value of a sole-proprietor. She has gained valuable experience partnering with contractors and overseeing both design and construction on over 100 homes in the DC metro area. Well acquainted with the practical needs of a modern family, she listens closely, collaborates with clients on multiple options, and then ensures the design solution is executed with excellence on every residential project.

Meganne Donachie, Assoc AIA

Meganne is a recent graduate of the Catholic University of America in
Northeast Washington, D.C. Her passion for residential design first began with an
appreciation for her father’s local contracting and carpentry company in Long Island, New York. Always looking for a creative solution, Meganne pursued a B.S. in Architecture & Planning while gaining internship experience at nationally renowned residential architecture firms in Houston, Texas and Manhattan, New York.
At Studio360, Meganne is an Associate Designer assisting with design, technical documentation, and selections. She brings a fresh perspective to the team as a developing professional and is eager to continue her trajectory in residential architecture and design in the Washington DC Metro area.
