Respectful Remodel to a Traditional Colonial

Respectful remodel to a Traditional Colonial

This project reveals the range of design aesthetic that Studio 360 excels at, ensuring a custom design that appeals to each individual client. This remodel began with the homeowners’ desire to “fix” the entry hall and stairs. Our design involved rebuilding a portion of the stair and opening up the light and view to the Family Room beyond. A new arched paneled opening and many other details of modifying the existing openings and finishes added to the successful renovation.

The clients were heavily involved with the layout and design of the new kitchen and the master bath upstairs. Using honed marble and a mixture of nickel and white finishes we created a calm and spa-like retreat. As an added specialty space, the Owner requested a custom office where he could be cozy and private while still enjoying the view of a beautiful backyard. The custom walnut-paneled room with an onyx chandelier and sliding pocket door became his most favored room to not only relax in but also to show his guests.
