Family Friendly Remodel in Oakton

FAMILY FRIENDLY ADDITION AND RENOVATION

This project in Oakton, VA was completed in 2 phases. The first phase focused on creating 2 new additions as well as a screened porch that would improve the rear and side of the existing house. It included an expanded kitchen, a new mudroom, and updated finishes on the first floor. These features were critical to the clients who have 2 young children and a dog who loves the outdoors and needed easy access to enjoy it.

We established such a great relationship with the client, we were hired a year later for the second phase which included renovations to the 2nd floor. This project included a redesigned and expanded master bath and closets, a renovated Kids bath, guest bath, and laundry room.

When designing an addition or renovating existing spaces, we pay close attention to the scale of the space, proportions, materials, and specific design style of the homeowner in order to tailor-fit a successful design.
